Ukulele

We are doing ukulele in our Christmas concert. The songs we are singing to you is  Ho Hey the other two songs are Cotton Eye Joe. Then we’re going to do a tiktok dance green green grass. Then we have song Cover me in sunshine.

Halloween art.

On Halloween we did Halloween art. We had to pick four things that reminded us of Halloween. I picked a candy corn vampire, monster eyes floating, a skull and a tombstone. Next time we work on it I’m doing colouring.Here is what I have so far!!!

My family Christmas tradition.

On Christmas Eve Mum always buys me and Jaxson a new pair of pyjamas because on Christmas morning she takes so many photos! Finally it’s Christmas morning we open our presents with my little sister Bella. We start getting ready for a big Christmas lunch. Mum really lets loose and we have lots of lollies, she even lets us have that caffeine coffee lolly. Jackson even jumps off the wall and lands on his bed.

 

My 4 goals 2 make M1 a better place.

1.Only get your chromebook when you need it.

 

2.Do the right thing at the right time and listen to the person talking. If it’s a Teacher or a kid.

3.On the playground act kind and play with others nicely.

4.On group projects act nicely  and speak appropriately and use their ideas as well as your own.

Ancient Egypt!!!

In Term 3 we did learning about Ancient Egypt, we learnt lots of cool facts. We learnt about  Hieroglyphics. We made chatterboxes about Isis Horus  Ra and Oasis.If you know anything else about Ancient Egypt tell me! (more…)

My school Holidays

In the school Holidays I went to the Whenua iti program. The district nurse came and dressed my mum’s leg  infection. We think it was from a spider bite. I found out we’re going to the bach on Thursday in Punakaiki. Have you ever been to a bach?

In M1 🎒

In M1 it can be very challenging, you learn new things every day. Like new maths, reading and writing. I love being in M1 sometimes it’s fun and sometimes it’s not but I love M1.

Slam-dunk!!!

This year I joined a school basketball team, we were Grey Main Blue.  The boys in my team were very good. Basketball was fun because my BFF’S were on my team, so playing with them was fabulous. I learnt lots of new skills because I had only played miniball before. I had fun this year and that’s all that matters. I hope to play next year too!!!
